We are happy to assist you in downloading, installing and activating our software EV Toolbox on various operating systems including OS Windows, macOS, and Linux.
Please specify the type of license you would like to get help with in the request form (Trial, Standard or Advanced).
To speed up the process, please indicate the last 8 characters of your activation key in the request form.

#1. The main difference between Business license and Education license is the absence/presence of a watermark in the preview mode as well as in the builds of a project.
The message "for non-commercial use" appears once every 30 seconds in a random location of the screen.
#2. The other difference between Business and Education license is the validity period of the license key.
The license for EV Toolbox Education is available for use is available for 1 month (subscription), 1 year and for the unlimited period of time.
The license for EV Toolbox Business is available for 1 month (subscription), 6 months and 1 year.
NOTE: if you plan to monetize your AR/VR applications, we recommend you to purchase Business license with NO watermark.
X — is an error related to the Internet connection. If X is not equal to 0, the user needs to check the Internet connection first;
Y — is an error related to a local file containing information about the license or the synchronization with the server.
WHAT EACH ERROR CODE MEANS:
21.12 — the activation request was not sent because there is no connection to the Internet or the key has already been activated on another PC or the license has expired.
6.12 —the activation request was not sent. Check your Internet connection and access to the official website eligovision.com
0.3 — there is no file with license on the PC.
0.4, 0.5, 0.6, 0.7 — information was written incorrectly to the file with the license or it was damaged. Contact technical support by email: toolbox@eligovision.com
0.8 — this key has already been used to activate a license on another PC.
0.10 —time/date error on PC. Check the set time and date on your PC, they must match the real ones.
0.12/0.13 —activation request to server failed. Check your Internet connection and access to the official website eligovision.com.
0.14 — this key has already been used to activate a license on another PC or the key has expired. If such an error occurs when using new activation keys, please contact our technical support at toolbox@eligovision.com.
NOTE: for any identifier of the form 0. Y, the user should first try to activate EV Toolbox again.
- the number of polygons should be no more than 200,000;
- materials should be standard only;
- bitmap textures are multiple to exponential 2, not more than 2048×2048;
- the maximum number of light sources (standard) — no more than 7 per scene.
You can manually specify (change) the path to the location of the Android Keystore file.
When a developer updates an application or adds a new one to Google Play Market under his own name, the new application must have the same Keystore, otherwise a user will not be ableto download it.
It is important to know that a unique Keystore that is generated only once. We highly recommend you to copy and save the keystore file in a secure place to be able to retrieve it quickly whenever needed.
However if you delete and reinstall EV Toolbox another Keystore file would be generated fora building your AR/VR projects. In this case you will need to change the path to a your orignial Android Keystore manually through file configurations.
